Microsoft ensures "Call of Duty" stays on Sony Playstation.

There was confusion among the gaming community about the cancellation of Call Of Duty on Sony Playstation Consoles. However, Microsoft has ensured that "Call of Duty" will remain available for several years on Sony consoles even after their contract expiry. Phil Spencer, CEO of Microsoft Gaming, told the Verge that In January, they presented Sony with a signed agreement to guarantee Call of Duty on PlayStation, with feature and content parity, for at least several more years beyond the existing Sony contract. This offer goes well beyond ordinary game industry agreements. It is unclear how many years Call of Duty will remain on Sony Playstation.

Phil Spencer Already tweeted in January that his Company wants to honor the agreement and relations with Sony. Microsoft will continue the access of Call of Duty to Sony Playstation Consoles.

This January, Microsoft announced the acquisition of Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion. Activision Blizzard is the publisher of "Call of Duty." This created confusion about the Game's cancellation, but it seems the matter has been resolved. The acquisition expanded Microsoft's Game Pass library and included plans to add Activision Blizzard games to the service, which has now surpassed a new milestone of over 25 million subscribers. This acquisition will give Game Pass access to one of the business's most engaging and varied portfolios of gaming content due to Activision Blizzard's over 400 million monthly active gamers across 190 countries and three billion-dollar franchises. 30 internal game development studios and other publishing and esports production assets will be available to Microsoft once the deal is finished.
